Sweden tightens transfer pricing regulation
Sweden has implemented further regulation of transfer pricing meaning taxpayers must pay increased attention to these issues in the jurisdiction. For many years, formal transfer pricing documentation was not required under Swedish transfer pricing legislation or regulations. Since 2004 this has been changing dramatically.
