The Korean National Tax Service (NTS) released its 2007 APA annual report at a taxpayer seminar jointly held with the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in Seoul on September 9 to promote the use of advance pricing agreements (APAs). The 2007 APA annual report has been highly anticipated and represents the first time the NTS has released official APA statistics to the public.
