The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) recently released the fifth annual report on its mutual agreement procedure programme. This report includes enlightening statistics about the cases submitted by taxpayers to the CRA, as Canadas competent authority, concerning a variety of tax disputes. These statistics show some interesting trends and shed light on a growing backlog of incomplete cases.
