Foley takes on new leadership role

KPMG has made two transfer pricing appointments in the Americas region and the US
Sean Foley is to become the leader of KPMGs global transfer pricing services (GTPS) practice for the Americas region. He will guide the firms transfer pricing practices in the North, Central and South American member firms and work to coordinate KPMG's transfer pricing services to global clients in the Americas region. He works for the firm at the moment in its Washington, DC office.
Foley specialises in advance pricing agreements, competent authority matters and transfer pricing risk management. Before joining KPMG, he worked for the IRS as director of the advance pricing agreement programme and as special counsel to the associate chief counsel (International).
