IRS-Glaxo adviser moves to Brattle

One of the key players in the IRS-Glaxo transfer pricing dispute that ended in September 2006 has joined The Brattle Group, a firm of economic, finance and regulation consultants that advises companies, law firms and governments around the world
Michael Cragg joins the firms finance practice as a principal in its Cambridge, Massachusetts office. His extensive consulting, research and expert witness expertise includes consulting on financial and risk management matters with a focus on leading teams in complex litigation. One of the cases was the IRS-Glaxo dispute that concerned marketing intangibles.
He has advised corporations, the US Department of Justice, and the Internal Revenue Service in developing economic and financial testimony in different finance and tax cases. He was formerly a founding partner of Cambridge Finance Partners.
