Arbitration in transfer pricing is growing in importance and is becoming a popular alternative to litigation for tax authorities and taxpayers.
A panel of arbitration and transfer pricing specialists told International Tax Reviews Global Transfer Pricing Forum in Rome last week that there are a number of benefits to arbitration including avoiding the use of courts in certain countries and keeping the process private.
