The Turkish government introduced new rules for domestic intra-company transactions and fees for taxpayers filing for advanced pricing agreements (APAs). The new law (no 5766) provides an addition to article 13 of the corporate tax law, under a heading described as as: disguised profit distribution via transfer pricing.
