New communiqué gives taxpayers more time to file report
The Turkish Revenue Administration is to allow taxpayers more time to file their transfer pricing reportsfor the tax year 2007. Earlier in the year the authority issued a communiqué which stated that taxpayers were obliged to file a transfer pricing report along with the annual corporate tax return.
