Top level transfer pricing executive John Breen joins DC law firm
Washington DC law firm Caplin & Drysdale has pulled off a major coup by recruiting John Breen from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). John Breen, head of branch six of the Chief Counsel’s Office, has left the service after nine years to sign up with the law practice which has already attracted several key transfer pricing specialists.
