Estonia transfer pricing documentation guide

In Estonia, where the retained profit of a company is not taxed with income tax, the interest has been smaller to hide the actual values of transactions and to manipulate the profits. Therefore, the transfer pricing has not been a hot issue in Estonia, but it must be noted that Estonian tax authorities launched their first transfer pricing audits in 2007.
