Transfer pricing specialist Sanna Jaalinoja has joined the Cragus Group as the newest addition to its international tax team. She will be advising multinationals in the Middle East, particularly the Arabic Gulf, and Africa.
She was previously a senior tax adviser for Ernst & Young in Helsinki and her expertise spans transfer pricing, capital markets and tax due diligence. Her previous role in the Finnish Tax Administration, specifically in the tax office for major corporations, has also added to her strong knowledge of transfer pricing and advance rulings.
Jaalinoja is fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English. This is the second significant hire by Cragus in the last 12 months, following the appointment of Reggie Mezu from Shell. He was Shell’s regional tax manager in Middle East, Caspian and South Asia.
