Ecuador transfer pricing documentation guide

The national tax authority (called SRI, meaning Internal Revenue Service in Spanish) requires a transfer pricing annex report to be filed, detailing all transactions held with foreign related parties; method applied on analysing each transaction and calculated adjustments for each transaction, using an electronic form.
