Mexico transfer pricing documentation guide

After ten years of enforcement, there is little argument about what is needed to comply with the transfer pricing requirements in Mexico. For the most part, authorities, advisors, taxpayers and auditors understand the need to establish arm’s length prices, prioritise the application of transactional methods, segment financial information and have the transfer pricing documentation in place prior to the filing of the auditor’s tax opinion.
